Hi All,

I'm happy to announce the libusb-1.0.19 final release.

The big feature of this release is support for bulk-streams on
Mac OS X and Linux (using the new usbfs API for this from 3.15).

Changelog:
* Add support for USB bulk streams on Linux and Mac OS X (#11)
* Windows: Add AMD and Intel USB-3.0 root hub support
* Windows: Fix USB 3.0 speed detection on Windows 8 or later (#10)
* Added Russian translation for libusb_strerror strings
* All: Various small fixes and cleanups
The (#xx) numbers are libusb issue numbers, see ie:
https://github.com/libusb/libusb/issues/11
nsfer caught by Coverity

Go and grab it here:

http://downloads.sourceforge.net/libusb/libusb-1.0.19.tar.bz2

Enjoy,

Hans

Thanks.

I have now uploaded the Windows binary tarball, and created a release
announcement on Freecode.

I also fixed the default SF download, that was still pointing to 1.0.18
(this needs to be done manually after the tarball has been uploaded).
Note that both our landing page (libusb.info) and freecode use the
default SF download to get the latest source, so unless SF is updated,
users will pick the older version.

Oh and I added a note in maintainer's corner about making sure that the
release date from the changelog matches the actual day of release (easy
to miss, as was is the case for this release that has the date of the
last RC).

Regards,

/Pete
